Rockport Boat Line Ticket Assurance and Cancellation Policy

Rockport Boat Line’s Ticket Assurance allows you additional flexibility and protection when it comes to your reservation. Ticket Assurance allows for a refund up to 2 hours before cruise departure time or to move your ticket to another date and time. If you are having trouble identifying a new date, ticket assurance allows you to have your reservation converted to a gift certificate for later use. All refunds issued are for ticket price and taxes less your ticket assurance cost. Within 2 hours of departure all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you choose not to protect your ticket purchase with ticket assurance, you will have up to 48-hours before cruise departure to contact us to adjust your reservation. If your plans change, we would be happy to help you move to another date or provide a gift certificate for the value of your purchase. Within 48 hours of departure all tickets are final sale and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Service Animal Policy

Rockport Cruises only allows registered service dogs wearing working vests on the boats, motel, general store, and dining establishments. Due to the close proximity with other passengers we do not allow any other animals onboard. We do not allow dogs to be kept in cars while on your boat tour. If you are travelling with an animal please allow one person to stay on land so they can take care of the animal during the cruise time. 

Boldt Castle Admission

Boldt Castle entrance admission is not included in the Boldt Castle tour ticket price. 
Admission to Boldt Castle and the Yacht House can be purchased in advance through the Boldt Castle website here

Outside Food & Drinks

Rockport Boat Line has sandwiches, snacks and alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages available onboard for sale. Please bring water if you choose to as it can be hot in the summer and you should stay hydrated. We do not permit outside food and beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) on our  vessel's. If you are taking the 4 hour Boldt Castle tour pack a picnic as there are nice picnic areas on the Heart island. Please do not eat your picnic lunch on the boat.
